Backed by Lupuna Venture, Inside introduces a new architecture of inner development built on the 21 Dimensions of Intelligence

Inside today announces the public introduction of Inner Technology, a new system for human development designed for humans building the future - founders, creators, engineers, researchers, artists, and deep thinkers working with complexity and long-horizon impact.
Built over a decade of design and field application, Inside introduces the 21 Dimensions of Intelligence - a human capability architecture that moves beyond mental ability alone into emotional depth, nervous system resilience, relational intelligence, energetic coherence, ethical alignment, and more. The system provides a structured way to understand, expand, and integrate human potential.

The company also confirmed development of InnerOS, a future human operating system built on the 21 Dimensions of Intelligence. Co-created with Inside's world-class facilitator network - spanning neuroscience, human performance, somatic therapy, cognitive architecture, energy systems and psychedelics - InnerOS is designed to activate deeper layers of human capability. Development is underway in collaboration with Lupuna Venture, which builds at the intersection of deep technology and inner technology.
Inside has launched The Executive Pilot, an invitation-only application of Inner Technology used by founders, builders, and leadership teams operating in complex environments. Invitations for the first 2026 Pilot cycle are currently being issued.
In 2026, Inside will also open its first Destination Immersions in Portugal and Bali - curated environments for deep transformation and long-horizon design.
